Mud Treatments

With the global attention to the natural environment and the soundness and perfection of environmental laws and regulations in various countries, higher requirements have been placed on the disposal of waste on the drilling site, and a new concept of cutting waste while drilling does not fall. The cuttings while drilling treatment system not only can solve the on-site environmental problems, but also can recycle the waste generated by the on-site solid control system, maximize the recovery of useful mud, and carry out the re-treated drilling waste. Concentrated curing/drying/incineration to reduce damage to the environment. Cement delay curing chemicals

Concrete quality and durability are determined by the density of the binder matrix, not just high compressive strength. The lower the porosity and the denser the hardened cement paste near the surface, the higher the resistance to external influences, stresses and attack.

To achieve this in hardened concrete, several measures have to be undertaken to protect the fresh concrete, particularly from:
1)Premature drying due to wind, sun, low humidity, etc. 2)Extreme temperatures and damaging rapid temperature changes. 3)Rain 4)Thermal and physical shock. 5)Chemical attack. 6)Mechanical stress

Protection from premature drying is necessary so that the strength development of the concrete is not affected by water removal. The consequences of premature water loss are:
1)Low strength in the parts near the surface. 2)Tendency to dusting. 3)Higher water permeability. 4)Reduced weather resistance. 5)Low resistance to chemical attack. 6)Increased risk of all forms of shrinkage cracking

Foaming Agent

High Rise Foaming Agent: Rounding out our Foaming Agents is our High Rise Foaming Agent, having the greatest foaming action of foaming agents compatible with natural latex foam. Easily produces super high volume latex foam. Can also be used in hot summer weather. If you’ve cut way back on the gelling agent and your foam is still going off too fast. If you absolutely have to run foam in hot environments, this will give you more work time. Substitute up to 5 grams of the Prosthetic Foaming Agent with High Rise Foaming agent for optimal performance.

De-emulsifiers, Water loss chemicals

In this paper an oil–water de-emulsification process within large tanks using ultrasonic technology is presented. As the device would operate in hazardous areas, it should not consume an excessive amount of electrical power. Hence, the paper investigates the suitable oil–water concentrations (10–90% concentrations in step of 10%) which would lead to the fastest separation while consuming the minimum amount of power. Extensive experiments which were conducted using a powerful 20 kHz ultrasonic sensor were indicative with good repeatability that the emulsion layer with less water content (i.e. 10 to 40% water-cut) gets significantly faster separation. The experimental study was then validated through a set of finite element-based simulations for different ratios of oil water emulsions. This led to suggest a new feasible de-emulsifying device which consists of a one dimensional array of ultrasonic sensors which are vertically distributed to emit ultrasonic waves in horizontal direction and in a time multiplexed manner.
